Dr. Karysse Hutson
FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Our Founder and CEO, Dr. Karysse J Trandem, based in the USA, serves as our cutting-edge, highly-awarded Leader, Program Developer, Educator, Medical Director, and more, overseeing each aspect of our Mission and Vision.
Canopy Global Foundation relies on talented, practical, and world-class professionals to carry out our mission and vision, governed by an astute Board of Directors.
Dr. Calum Miller
INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANT
Dr. Calum Miller, based in London, directs our international programming, aiding politicians and other leaders around the world in creating strategies to protect individuals from human-trafficking, intimate partner violence, and abortion.
Dr. Miller is a Medical Doctor and has authored numerous peer-reviewed papers as a researcher at the University of Oxford, England, on a variety of topics including maternal health, abortion, and academic freedom.

Human Trafficking & Intimate Partner Violence Prevention
Treat victims of human trafficking and intimate partner violence cross-culturally and internationally in community, clinic, and hospital settings.
Provide a Physician Expert and Speaker for leaders around the world regarding the specific ways to prevent, recognize, and care for victims of human trafficking.
Aid development of government, business, hospital, and community-specific plans/policies to prevent, recognize, and treat victims of human trafficking using a holistic trauma-informed model. Foster creation of shelters for survivors of abuse.
Pro-Woman & Strengthening Family
Treat women seeking abortion with health care and resources to support their pregnancy journey, and treat survivors of abortion cross-culturally and internationally in community, clinic, and hospital settings.
Provide a Physician Expert and Speaker for leaders around the world regarding the medical research on the risks of abortion and how to prevent abortion, emphasizing that every life matters, including the parents’ lives.
Aid development of government, business, hospital, and community-specific plans/policies to prevent abortion, solve crisis situations, and strengthen families. Foster growth of clinics and maternal homes helping women with an unplanned pregnancy.
Sexual Health Education
Provide medically-based Sexual Health Education Curriculum for 11-18 year old children. Provide a Physician Expert and Speaker for leaders around the world regarding the benefits of delaying sexual activity, having one lifetime sex partner, and ways to say no to sex outside of a committed lifetime relationship.
Treat women with sexually- transmitted infections, a history of sexual abuse, or lack of knowledge regarding sex in international community, clinic, and hospital settings.
Aid development of government, hospital, and community- specific plans/policies to prevent multiple sexual partners, heal from past abuse, and alleviate the burden of public health problems related to promiscuity.
Trauma-informed Care
Demonstrate the link of childhood abuse/trauma to adult mental health disease, abuse, and ultimately the breakdown of self-worth, which leads to a continued abuse cycle.
Provide a Physician Expert and Speaker for leaders around the world regarding recognizing childhood trauma/abuse and how those difficult events lead to dysfunction in personal lives, the workplace, and country leadership. Childhood trauma causes brokenness and systems that are underproductive. This training teaches leaders how to listen to their intuition and observe any past or current trauma in their lives, use this understanding to become their authentic valuable self and, in-turn, recognize and stop abuse in their community, business, or country.
Aid development of government, business, hospital, community, and individual self-worth and true identity concepts. Stop the cycle of abuse/self-loathing and find solutions for the country/business/hospital/community problems, whether it be political divisiveness, stale productivity, physician burnout, poverty, trafficking, sexual promiscuity, suicide, etc. Develop strategies to build/improve local agencies to care for victims of trauma such as hospitals, orphanages, shelters, counseling centers, and maternal homes.
Clinical & Surgical Women’s Health / Global Ambassador
Treat girls and women of all ages with any female-related medical or surgical problem in international community, clinic, and hospital settings.
Provide a Physician Expert, Lecturer, and hands-on Instructor for physician and nurse leaders around the world regarding women’s healthcare medical and surgical needs.
Aid development of government, hospital, and community-specific plans/policies to improve healthcare and hygiene for females. Foster advancement or creation of local hospitals and clinics. Creation of Bill of Women’s Rights/Value.
Creative Arts
Provide vocal solo performance, writing music, acting, and dance performance. Work with survivors of trauma to find healing through creative artistic expression.
Collaborate with cutting-edge art, music, and film creators supporting the message that, "Your Life Matters.” Celebrate authentic individuality and collective teamwork in the Arts.
Aid in creation, production, and performance of international major motion-pictures, popular music, dance performance, and visual arts to be shared on film, radio, television, and in theaters, concerts, exhibits and advertisements globally.
